Our staff care for the health of your teeth. To ensure that we maximise the health of your teeth our dentists, hygienists and other members of staff abide by a strict set of guidelines in order to care for you. We do ask all our patients to respect our "what we expect from you" section, in order to provide you with the best possible treatment.
What you can expect from us:
- We will listen to you and try to address your dental needs
- Your safety is our primary concern. We will follow the latest guidelines in infection control
- We will keep you informed of the latest techniques and use the best materials available
- We will give you written estimate of any treatment
- We will try not to keep you waiting but if we do, it is because we are giving someone else the care you would expect
- We will continue our active clinical governance 7 audit program to enhance quality assurance
What we expect from you:
- To attend your appointments promptly. If you cannot keep your appointment, please let us know soon as possible. We do charge 50% of our normal appointment rate for non-attendance
- To pay your bills at the treatment visit. To help you we accept cash, cheques and most cards
- We will keep you informed of the latest techniques and use the best materials available
- To look after the dental work we do we will provide you with aftercare techniques
- To let us know if you are not happy with your visit so that we can put things right and improve our service
- If you are happy with your visit please refer patients of a similar quality to yourself, whom you feel would like the services we offer
